If your college or school is providing you an education / institution email then you should know the following benefits which you can access with your email ID. Some of them are free for limited time and some of them are paid with discount or credit.
Lot's of people don't know the uses or benefits of educational email, hence they just use their email ID for receiving or sending email to their professor or teacher.
Here are some services which you can access through your educational email ID (There are many benefits and services but I will be covering those which I know and I have used).
1. GitHub Student Developer Pack - 'The One Thing You Will Need As A Student' -
One of the most popular and very useful benefit or service you can get is Github Pack. Once you have your Github developer pack you can access multiple offers like Software, Domain, Design, Learning etc. Keep in mind that every year you will have to prove them that your student and currently studying in school or college.
2. MS-Pack - 'Create More With MS-Office'-
If you are someone who is using apples products and you also need application like Excel, Word, PowerPoint in your device then you can access all these application free of cost with your educational email. I'm not sure if you have notice or not but in order to use MS-Pack application in apple devices you have to pay, but as I mentioned if you have your college or school email you just need to login into your account and everything will be available for free. (I'm also using this)
Apart from that you will get unlimited one-drive storage where you store large files or projects of your school and more.
